Each month, your audience receives a customized email blast designed to inspire action, whether through informative content or sales-driven messaging. These emails drive engagement and spark meaningful conversations with prospective clients.

Your Monthly Plain-Text Email

15th - 21th of the Month

*for Professional PLUS members

Each month, your audience will receive a casual, conversational email covering a range of topics—such as showing appreciation, inviting them for coffee to discuss their financial goals, or seeking their input on newsletter topics. These emails remind readers they’re not just part of a sales engine but valued individuals receiving personal messages from their agent.

Can I Request A Custom Email?

Yes! You may choose to replace an email that is part of your scheduled campaign program, or you may select an add-on campaign as a store item.

DEADLINE:

Custom campaign requests must be submitted at least 10 Business days (or two weeks) in advance of the projected send date. 

​

CONTENT:

Content may be of a singular topic, for instance, an invitation to an open house, or the promotion of a new affiliate program. Custom emails cannot contain multiple topics, calls to action, or differing segments.

Additionally, though we may support the editing of a custom email with marketing language, the content wording and structure should come from you, the agent.

AUDIENCE:

You may request that your campaign be sent to a segmented audience, however this segmentation is the responsibility of the agent. Any additional segmenting required after initial onboarding will be the responsibility of the agent.

APPROVAL:

We will send you a campaign preview at least 48 hours before the email is to be sent. It will be your responsibility to review the content and send any updates or corrections within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in a delay in sending.
