Terms and Conditions

 

Service Overview:

The Agent Booster, offers a monthly subscription service providing three pre-drafted emails to clients’ databases. These emails include, but are not limited to, copyright-protected real estate newsletters, email blasts, and letter-style communications. Clients are notified via email when content is available for review to make their own edits. A client may choose to opt out of an issue, however, skipping an email does not adjust the subscription fee.

 

Client Responsibilities:

The Agent Booster is not liable for any data breaches during the subscription period, and clients are advised to change their passwords every 3-6 months for optimal security. The Agent Booster performs localized market research, though accuracy is not guaranteed. Accuracy can be confirmed by agents during the editing period. Clients are responsible for adding and tagging new contacts in their database 

 

No Market Testing:

The Agent Booster is not required to conduct market testing, including A/B testing unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

 

No Guarantees:

The Agent Booster does not guarantee specific conversions, sales results, or other outcomes from the services provided.

 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:

A 30-day guarantee is offered. Clients are recommended to schedule an onboarding within a week of purchase. Failure to complete the onboarding session is not the responsibility of The Agent Booster. If the client is not satisfied with the performance of their campaigns, they may request a refund on their membership price, however, the onboarding fee is nonrefundable, as considerable time and effort is applied to this process. 

 

Additional Refund Policy:

Refunds are only issued if The Agent Booster fails to deliver the agreed-upon content. No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction (after initial 30 days) or for claims of misunderstanding the service, domain requirements, or other compatibility issues. 

 

Content Ownership:

All content created by The Agent Booster, including newsletters, email blasts, and designs, is the intellectual property of Bonita Barnes, LLC, and cannot be used, copied, or redistributed without permission.

 

Modifications:

The Agent Booster reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on TheAgentBooster.com, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
